Start the tour at Bath Ale House and get kitted out with high-tech headphones. Wearing these will mean that you can hear both the music and the fascinating story of a nameless ghost hunter and their untimely death. In the 1980s, a young ghost hunter came to Bath to document all its restless residents. Sadly, their work was never completed due to their mysterious death. The only certainty that they existed at all is in the two items they left behind: a folder full of their unfinished research notes, and their Walkman, still loaded with the mixtape they were listening to at the time. Follow in their footsteps through the streets of Bath and dance — possibly for your life — to finish the job they started all those years ago. If you are organizing a special event such as a birthday or bachelor/bachelorette party, upgrade to the Private Tour option for an exclusive group experience for between 10-28 participants.

What people are saying about Bath

Fred our guide knew so much information. He was able to tell us lots of fascinating information but didn’t overload us. As a result I can remember lots! The walk was over 1.5 hours and we saw everything that I would have wanted to. Fred was very interesting and I would throughly recommend the tour to others

Very organized tour and guide was very helpful. The bus left an arrived on time. Unfortunately our tour of Windsor castle was cancelled since the Queen passed but we appreciate that we were still brought to the castle grounds to walk around and see tributes to the queen.

First of all, I love doing ghost tours in new cities, so I’ve done a couple in different places. This tour was among some of the most fun, entertaining, and informative of the tours I’ve done. I HIGHLY recommend this to others visiting Bath!

Phil, our guide, was great especially considering the weather. It rained all through. He was happy, friendly and very knowledgeable. He kept us all informed and engaged throughout. A really enjoyable walk.

Excellent highlight tour! Fred was an excellent guide - so much knowledge and very down to earth!
