With huge thanks to Alex for showing us around, we'd absolutely recommend this tour to travellers on their first night in Hanoi. Alex took us on a great walk round the Old Town with some tasty treats that we would never have found by ourselves. Hanoi is exciting and busy and bustling and confusing and wonderful and you need someone like Alex to steer you clear of the scams and provide proud and interesting Hanoian insights too. There was plenty of comms in advance to let us know where to meet. Thanks Alex.

Good communication before the trip. Collected on time at the stated location. The minibus had A/C and free water. Always kept informed about the itinerary. Lots of information about every site visited. Very good lunch included. Excellent trip and well worth the money.

If you would like to see how ceramics are made the traditional way then this is the tour for you. We had plenty of time to observe the artisans at work and even had the opportunity to try making pottery ourselves. A wonderful glimpse into a time honoured tradition

I forgot our guide's name, but he was very knowledgeable. He's the kind of guide that beyond just the tour, if you have extra questions related to the tour or Hanoi in general, will be able to answer.

Our guide Tony Thiên was knowledgeable, kind and made the tour lively and comfortable. The tour was at a good pace also giving us enough time to explore the place by ourselves.
