Nice trip to Baru island, the place with sun chairs and the lunch were located a bit from the big crowd, pretty good food and drinks. Jose is English speaking and a great guide . Had breakfast a little bit further up the beach for 10 000 COP ( ham omelette with 2 pieces of toast ) that included a cup of coffee Expect a long time for the return trip… took over 2h for us.

This tour was one of my favorite tours while in Colombia. I had never done snorkeling before so I really enjoyed it. The tour was great. Daniel (bus guide) Ivan (boat guide) both did a great job. They promised to send me all the pictures they took and they did the only thing I’d recommend for anyone planning to attend this tour is to make sure your tour guide sprinkles some bread before they snap your pictures to make sure they capture fish around you otherwise you will end up with just a picture of yourself under water :( I think that was the only downside for me. The food was great, I literally ate everything on my plate (went with the fish option). I definitely recommend this tour.

What people are saying about Baru Island

My family and I had an amazing experience, this tour definitely felt different for the others. Our guide David Santiago was excellent, he was very informative, charismatic and friendly all the qualities a guide needs, he even warned us about prices and help us with our jetski rental at the beach. Worth every penny.

We had an amazing time. If I could change anything it would be the should offer a trip to Cholon all by itself. Our host David was exceptional. He was so courteous and thoughtful. It was a long but amazing day. So much food!! I would book this trip again on my next visit.

The trip was a beautiful experience. Everything is well arranged and the staff is a professional, friendly and caring team. We were with our 5 and 2 year old daughters and the team was even willing to watch over them when needed.

The team were very attentive and willing to help out in every aspect of the trip. Every activity was prepended by the guide giving recommendations as to what to expect and what was going to happen

Excellent and magnificent, the guide and those who led the boat, very professional and attentive, in short, a very good tour, to repeat.
