There’s time to explore the property, walk around the grounds, take photos by the fountain, and explore the hidden tunnels that lie beneath this spectacular Chateau. Our next stop is the quaint country town of Tanunda, where you can amble along the high street, browse in the local shops, or grab yourself a coffee, take a seat and have a relaxing 20 mins of watching the world go by. Our next winery experience is the beautiful, heart-warming and wholesome Saltrams. Let the hosts tantalise your palate as they showcase their favourite drops and share their knowledge with you on all things wine making in their rustic Cellar Door Barrel Hall. After the tasting it’s time for lunch, where you’ll enjoy an absolute Barossa feast with a selection of the finest Chef prepared hot and cold dishes, from the award winning Salters Kitchen. There’s no rushing your meal, with ample time to enjoy some good company, get to know your fellow travellers. We head now to Menglers Hill lookout for a view and a half! Check out the Valley, see where you’ve been and where you’re heading, as it’s now time to head to the 3rd winery and the most exclusive cellar door experience of your tour the stunning Rosenvale Winery. Opening only for Taste the Barossa guests, prepare to be WOW’d !!! The passion is palpable as Rosevale’s’ hosts generously share with you the most spectacular wines you will surely ever taste. World Class is an understatement! Finally, a picturesque drive through Seppeltsfield will round off your perfect Barossa adventure, with time to grab a photo of the iconic Date Palms and learn about their fascinating origin, and the iconic Seppeltsfield legacy. Time now to sit back, listen to some quite music and watch the scenery go by, or perhaps close your eyes for a quick nap, as we express back to Adelaide for approximately 5:30 PM and finish the perfect Barossa Adventure.

Embark on a guided tour to the historic village of Hahndorf and Barossa valley from Adelaide. Immerse yourself into the culture of the area with guided winery visits, wine tastings, and lunch. After morning pickup from Adelaide and Glenelg, head towards the Barossa Valley to discover the region’s charming villages, vineyards, and German heritage. Get picked up from your Glenelg or Adelaide hotel and begin following the River Torrens through the spectacular Torrens Gorge. Learn about local wineries and sample their wines along the way. Enjoy your choice of six delicious lunch options. Discover the beauty of the Adelaide Hills as you travel along the River Torrens up past Kangaroo Creek Dam and past a chain of ponds to your first stop, Kersbrook Hill Wines & Cider. Travel onwards over Barossa Reservoir to Williamstown in Southern Barossa and stop at Kies Family Wines for more tastings and a beautiful lunch. Then you will travel to Lambert Estate at Angaston for a structured wine tasting paired with seasonal produce. Feast for the senses on signature dishes, salad, and vegetables. Have the option to purchase a glass of wine from the impressive wine selection, or enjoy a coffee accompanied with their popular Chocolatier (chocolate port). Leaving Lambert Estate, travel to Mengler Hill Lookout for sweeping views over the valley. Disembark at the Barossa Valley Chocolate Company your final stop for the day. This is the ultimate Maggie Beer's FarmShop experience, where you will spend time enjoying everything that the famous shop in the Barossa has to offer. Start your visit with a welcome drink from Maggie's non-alcoholic Sparkling range, followed by a guided demonstration including the history of the farm and Maggie Beer - held in the studio kitchen of 'The cook and the Chef'. You will take part in our seasonal cooking demonstration using fresh produce and products from Maggie's exclusive range - with a chance to taste food that has been prepared during the session together. Discover the breathtaking beauty of the Barossa Valley on this hot air balloon tour from Nuriootpa. Watch the sunrise as you soar over the valley and end your experience with a mouth-watering breakfast on the ground. Meet your pilot and crew approximately 2 hours before sunrise at the reception center in Nuriootpa. Once everybody is assembled and signed in, your pilot will give you a briefing before you board a comfortable all terrain vehicle for the drive to the launch site. Drive through the Barossa Valley which is famous for having some of the most gorgeous landscapes in all of Adelaide. Once you arrive at the launch site, your pilot and crew will inflate the balloon ready for take-off. Have the option to join in with the balloon preparation. This whole process takes about 30-40 minutes. Jump on board, and after one last briefing and then it’s up, up, and away. Wave goodbye to the crew who will follow on the ground and meet you when you land. Relax and take in the amazing 360⁰ views.
