Hop on the prettiest bus you’ll see in Adelaide and relax and enjoy expert commentary from one of our knowledgeable tour guides as you head off on your Barossa Valley Adventure and Travel the scenic route through the beautiful Adelaide Hills as you enjoy some information and humour along the way. Look out for Kangaroos, and Emu’s and marvel at the changing landscape as we approach the Barossa Valley and glimpse our first vines. Time to awaken your taste buds with our first tasting at one of the most photographed buildings in the Barossa, the stunning Chateau Yaldara. Immerse yourself in the grandeur of your surroundings as the host takes you through a beautiful, structured wine tasting. There’s time to explore the property, walk around the grounds, take photos by the fountain, and explore the hidden tunnels that lie beneath this spectacular Chateau. Our next stop is the quaint country town of Tanunda, where you can amble along the high street, browse in the local shops, or grab yourself a coffee, take a seat and have a relaxing 20 mins of watching the world go by. Our next winery experience is the beautiful, heart-warming and wholesome Saltrams. Let the hosts tantalise your palate as they showcase their favourite drops and share their knowledge with you on all things wine making in their rustic Cellar Door Barrel Hall. After the tasting it’s time for lunch, where you’ll enjoy an absolute Barossa feast with a selection of the finest Chef prepared hot and cold dishes, from the award winning Salters Kitchen. There’s no rushing your meal, with ample time to enjoy some good company, get to know your fellow travellers. We head now to Menglers Hill lookout for a view and a half! Check out the Valley, see where you’ve been and where you’re heading, as it’s now time to head to the 3rd winery and the most exclusive cellar door experience of your tour the stunning Rosenvale Winery. Opening only for Taste the Barossa guests, prepare to be WOW’d !!! The passion is palpable as Rosevale’s’ hosts generously share with you the most spectacular wines you will surely ever taste. World Class is an understatement! Finally, a picturesque drive through Seppeltsfield will round off your perfect Barossa adventure, with time to grab a photo of the iconic Date Palms and learn about their fascinating origin, and the iconic Seppeltsfield legacy. Time now to sit back, listen to some quite music and watch the scenery go by, or perhaps close your eyes for a quick nap, as we express back to Adelaide for approximately 5:30 PM and finish the perfect Barossa Adventure.

Embark on a guided tour to the historic village of Hahndorf and Barossa valley from Adelaide. Immerse yourself into the culture of the area with guided winery visits, wine tastings, and lunch. After morning pickup from Adelaide and Glenelg, head towards the Barossa Valley to discover the region’s charming villages, vineyards, and German heritage. Your first stop will be at Hahndorf, one of the most important German settlements in the region. Wander through the town and be charmed by its quaint 19th-century architecture. Up next, take a scenic drive through the Barossa Valley, where you’ll stop in Lyndoch at the Kies Winery. Famed for its prolific production, enjoy a wine tasting alongside lunch at this family-run vineyard. With your palate piqued, head to more wineries and a chocolate factory, capping things off at Maggie Beer's Farm Shop. Return to your accommodation in Adelaide just in time to reflect on the sights and tastes of the day over dinner.

Get picked up from your Glenelg or Adelaide hotel and begin following the River Torrens through the spectacular Torrens Gorge. Learn about local wineries and sample their wines along the way. Enjoy your choice of six delicious lunch options. Discover the beauty of the Adelaide Hills as you travel along the River Torrens up past Kangaroo Creek Dam and past a chain of ponds to your first stop, Kersbrook Hill Wines & Cider. Travel onwards over Barossa Reservoir to Williamstown in Southern Barossa and stop at Kies Family Wines for more tastings and a beautiful lunch. Relax on a day of luxury as you explore the lesser-visited side of the gorgeous Barossa Valley wine region. You'll be part of a very small group that maxes out at 6 guests. Combining our expert knowledge with any of your groups personal recommendations, your professional wine guide will choose 4 boutique wineries for you to enjoy. Start with a morning pickup from Adelaide around 9am, or from the Barossa a little later on around 10am. After about an hour drive to the Barossa, it'll soon be time to enjoy tasting some wine. You may start somewhere traditional like Langmeil or Yalumba, and then follow it up with somewhere that takes a more modern approach. The day is flexible but we always like to showcase diversity. You'll savour wine tastings at two different boutique wineries before a banquet-style lunch at one of the Barossa's most popular restaurants, Harvest Kitchen. Overlooking the gorgeous vineyards, you'll share a seasonal spread of their most popular dishes with your choice of local wine or beer. After lunch you may step things up a notch and visit a winery producing much richer and heavier wines, venture over the ridge into the Eden Valley, or visit a tiny producer making organic wines. Over the first half of the day, your guide will gather your groups interests and choose appropriate winery locations for the second half of the day. With a strong focus on premium boutique wineries that you don't find at all the big liquor chains, you may also visit more world-renowned names like Penfolds or Yalumba should people in your group specifically desire to. Your day is not only about having fun but also trying to be diplomatic to the group while showcasing a variety of styles and producers. We want you to learn about stylistic approach, the difference that site makes, the influence that the winemaker can have on the wine - anything to help you become a more informed consumer, so you can decipher the jargon on the back of the bottle and make better wine choices. We then travel through the Barossa Valley passing through Lyndoch, Tanunda & nooriopta to Chateau Dorrien for meed tastings and a great range of wines are also available.
