The farm and the land are located on the Rocca del Garda, on the path that climbs up above the Rocca. The winery was founded after World War II by the grandfather of the wine maker. They started the production of Bardolino, a red wine obtained from the native Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara grapes, up to the present day, where the grandson took over the reins of the company bringing innovation in production, producing, as well as Bardolino Classic, its still and sparkling rosé versions. Visit the town of Sirmione and see Isola del Garda in style as you travel around the island in a Venetian-style speedboat. Get picked up from Torri del Benaco, Garda or Bardolino in your traditional speedboat, then head straight to Sirmione. Admire stunning views of Punta San Vigilio, Baia delle Sirena, and the Peninsula of Sirmione itself on the way. Upon arrival, get off the boat and enjoy 2 hours of free time in Sirmione. In this experience you will have the opportunity to learn more about the olive tree and its history in the so-called "Riviera degli Olivi", i.e. Lake Garda; you will be able to visit our oil mill where we will show you how we get our extra virgin olive oil, even by watching a video. Finally, in the outdoor garden you can taste our oils and other local products: 4 extra virgin olive oils, bread made with our extra virgin olive oil, local salami, croutons with green and black olive paté, organic olives from Lake Garda, water.

It starts with a walk through our vineyards, telling you about the 11 grape varieties that we grow with organic and sustainable practices. The visit continues to the cellar, where we will then visit the cellar gravity flow method. Finally, we will find out where we aged our wines in the barrel room. Starting from Bardolino we'll ride the cycle path, from which, through expanses of vineyards and olive trees, enjoying immaculate and enchanting landscapes, we reach first Cavaion Veronese, and then Costermano to descend from the hills to the starting point, not before having done a pleasant stop in a winery with a small tasting of wine, water and local food.
