Full description
See the best of Barcelona on a full-day tour with personal pickup and drop-off service. You’ll travel to the city’s top sites in a first-rate van or minibus. In addition, your driver will take you to the famous mountain monastery of Montserrat, which is said by some to be the location of the Holy Grail. You’ll be picked up from your Barcelona hotel or your cruise ship terminal. Explore the city in comfort and style with a personal service and travel in a small group with a maximum of 12 participants. Drive to the top of Montjuïc for breathtaking views across the harbor and city. Montjuïc is home to several splendid museums, including the Miró Foundation, and was also the site of the main Olympic stadiums for the 1992 Olympic Games. See many of the buildings designed by the city’s most famous architect, Antoni Gaudí. Several are located in the 19th and early 20th-century city extension of Eixample. Visit the Gaudí and other Modernista buildings, such as Casa Batlló, Casa Amatller, and Casa Lleó Morera on the luxurious shopping strip of Passeig de Gràcia. Head across town to one of Gaudí's most extraordinary creations, the still-unfinished Cathedral of La Sagrada Família. Depending on the option you book, you can either enjoy access to the cathedral with skip-the-line tickets or admire it from the outside. Drive into the hills to see his lovely urban park, Park Güell, filled with multicolored mosaic sculptures and fairytale houses. If you book this tour with Park Guell entrance included, you can enjoy skip-the-line entry and avoid the long lines at the entrance. If you choose an option without Park Guell entrance tickets included, you can wait outside and join the tour group again when they are finished with their visit. You’ll leave the city to visit the Benedictine Abbey of Montserrat. Perched high on a mountain of the same name, the Abbey can be reached by road, cable car, and rack railway. It is also accessible by a 4,000-foot hike. Your driver will take you up to the top so you can enjoy the impressive views. If you’re lucky, your visit may coincide with a performance by La Escalonia, the oldest children's choir in Europe.

Yayi was very attentive and helpful, definitely the kind of tour guide we were wishing to have in Barcelona. She met our expectations and we had a great time! The car was good and clean, she gave us a lot of interesting information about the places and she advised us correctly about the attractions

Great Informative tour guide

We saw a lot more than anticipated on this tour! Our guide, Marta, was great. Her enthusiasm and appreciation for Barcelona’s history and notable figures, especially for Gaudi, made the tour all the more enjoyable. We spent just two hours of the tour on Montserrat (which was enough time for me personally) and the rest of the time was spent in Park Güell and other must-see sites in Barcelona. We didn’t go inside every site like Sagrada Família and Casa Mila and Casa Batllo, but we still learned a lot about each from Marta. Normally this tour picks up and drops off at the client’s hotel, but we chose to stay in the area of the last site so we could do our own exploring after. For us, this tour was a great first day activity and sort of primer for our time in Barcelona. I’d definitely recommend it for first time visitors!

My fiancée and I did the tour a few days ago and we enjoyed it very much. Our guide, Martha, was exceptionally knowledgeable. She knew every little detail about history, geology, archeology, and politics and could answer every question we came up with. Carlos, the driver also made sure we got to and from every stop on time. And I have to say that the drive was a very smooth one. This trip was well worth the money. We truly recommend it to everyone who wants to see and know about the most talked about places in Barcelona.
