This is a hidden gem. I was originally going to get only an Hola Barcelona card for buses/metro, but saw the museums included for free and figured it might be worth it… and it definitely was for my case. If you have the slightest inclination to check out anything beyond the Gaudi tourist mainstays and a few other “premium” attractions, chance is that it will either be free or discounted with this. I picked it up at the Pl. de Catalunya tourist info location and it came with a map, museum/attractions guide, and lists of all free locations, discounted locations, and other benefits. Using it at locations was easy, I showed the card at the ticket office (they all knew what it was) and would then get an entrance ticket. Some locations it isn’t necessary to get a ticket and you can just proceed to the entrance.

Very practical if you do everything in transport because you do not want to walk. However for 3 days it is only of interest if you have targeted your visits in advance according to the pass. For us it was of no real use because we did almost everything on foot and only took the bus 4 times (including a round trip to the airport). On the visit side, we mainly saw the sagrada and the park guel, the rest being done during our wanderings, so there was no point in having taken the card for these 3 days in Barcelona either.
