Full description

Enjoy a feasting tour of 16+ tastings that invites guests on a culinary experience around the backstreets of old Bangkok. It's a food tour designed by a chef, led by our team of professional foodie guides. Join Bangkok's #1 food tour company.

Many are unaware of China's centuries-long influence on Thailand that has permeated much of Thai cuisine. From noodles to stir fries, it's time to feast on the history of this culinary marriage.

In small groups of up to 8 exclusive guests, these passionate foodie guides take you on a journey around the alleyways of Yaowarat, Bangkok's Chinatown.

If you don't want to spoil the surprises, prepare to drool over crispy chive dumplings with nam jim jaew sauce, mop up rich satay with charcoal-grilled chicken, work chopsticks over slow-braised pork, and delve into fragrant steamy bowls of shrimp dumplings and tum yum goong seafood soup.

The tour concludes back at the start point, the Shanghai Mansion hotel, located along Yaowarat Road in all its neon glory. Enjoy local hospitality and meet new friends along the way. End the tour armed with the knowledge you'll need to continue eating street food across Thailand.

Do not have lunch before the tour you ‘ll be eating so many good things that you will miss otherwise ! Our guide Annie was great and fun and certainly very caring lady . It was very busy china town on Sunday . I would have liked to try more Thai dishes . It highly recommend it though .

We tasted food that we may not have had if not for the tour. We went to areas of Bangkok we may never have visited and got some good local history. Our guide Ai was very organized and we didn't have to wait to be seated at any of the venues we visited. Ai (not sure of spelling) was engaging and informative

This tour was incredible. My guide was Fon and she (and her team) was the best- so energetic and passionate about food and culture. We tested 19 different foods including soy sauce ice cream (which was amazing), satays, shrimp dumplings, savory meat dishes, delicious soups. She explained the history of the neighborhoods, the restaurants, the ingredients, and how to enjoy a dish with and without a sauce :) I have a very hearty appetite and I was stuffed at the end of the tour (although I still had room for two servings of mango sticky rice), so come hungry! Amazing experience.
