THE SITE ON THE TOP TO THE MOUNTAIN WAS BEAUTIFUL, BUT THE SERVICE TO BUY THE TICKETS IS TERRIBLE,,, I PURCHASED MY TICKETS ON LINE ASSUMING I BOUGHT THEM FROM YOUR SITE BUT I GUESS I NEVER, WHEN I ARRIVED THE PERSON WHO WAS TAKING CARE OF THE LINE UP WAS NOT HELPFUL HE NEVER EXPLAINED HIMSELF TO WHY I HAD TO NOW GET A HARD COPY TICKET.....IT WOULD BE BETTER IF THE GONDOLA COMPANY WOULD EXCEPT ALL TICKETS BOUGHT ON LINE,,,,VERY FRUSTRATED,, BEST REGARDS STEFAN

It was good all the way through. I loved that the boat was full of replica artifacts and animal prints, etc. I will definitely be doing this again.

The experience was fantastic. The guide and captain made the experience worth the amount I paid.
