Overall, our tour was incredible. Hugh was an amazing tour guide, both informative and cheerful, and he made the bus rides enjoyable and interesting. I definitely recommend touring the lakes via a guide, as it’s easier to get into the lakes and back out without issue. My only critique is that of the time management is this company, as we were picked up almost 20 minutes late and therefore our entire tour ran much later than I had been prepared for when I booked it. Additionally, the added pick up of passengers from Lake Louise to Banff added further delay and stops. Drop off was scheduled for 5pm, however we didn’t get back to Banff until after 6pm, and we nearly missed our connecting bus back to Calgary due to this delay. I would personally recommend that, if additional stops and delays are going to be added, that tourists who have booked with the guide already are informed so they can adjust their schedules around this, as to not be stressed or inconvenienced by the added drop-offs.

Jake our tour bus driver was informative and entertaining as we drove to two of the prettiest places on earth. There was ample time to take pictures enjoy the site and take a short stroll. We avoided the parking availability nightmare and we’re able to sit back and relax.

this was a perfect way to see the beautiful lakes. parking is clearly a nightmare or else you need to show up at the crack of dawn but with a small tour group, you don’t have to worry about the car. nature really does all the work here but your guide Tim and transportation were great.
