The tour was great. The guide was wonderful and friendly. She made sure to talk to each of us. She was also knowledgeable about each site and had great stories to tell. The time spent at each site was just the right amount of time, never felt like we were being rushed. We visited two castles, with other stops along the way. Plenty of breaks.

Alex was fantastic! He had so much knowledge of the history of Scotland & England and it was wonderful to be able to ask questions. I am a huge The Last Kingdom fan so it was amazing to share information about true history versus historical fiction. Ales is a wonderful guide! Book him and you won't be disappointed! Lovely experience driving through to east Lothian. Our guide Connor was friendly and helpful, gave us information about history as well as nice places to explore within the spots. We loved the scenic view of the beach in Bamburg and driving near the Northumbria coastline apart from Alnwick. Overall, a day well spent exploring.
