We had a fantastic afternoon out on the Wave Chieftan last week. We spotted many seals, dolphins and sun fish. We spotted a whale spouting but unfortunately it had swam away by the time we reached the location of the plume, but it still did not take away from the excitement of almost seeing a whale! We spent ages circling in the area of the plume hoping that the whale would resurface nearby, to no avail, but we tremendously enjoyed the experience regardless. I would absolutely recommend this boat trip to all.

A very enjoyable afternoon. We boarded on time then the friendly skipper, Gerry, gave us all the essential information. The boat was a great size for the number of people on board and everyone was able to get a good view whenever anything was spotted. We weren’t lucky enough to see any whales but we did see some dolphins, seals and puffins. I would definitely go again, our whole group (3 adults, a teen and a preteen) thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience.
