North Lombok: Sendang Gile Waterfall & Senaru Village Tour

1. North Lombok: Sendang Gile Waterfall & Senaru Village Tour

Spend a day exploring Lombok's northern part, visiting pristine natural landscapes and learning about the history and culture of the local. In the morning, first make your way out to Malimbu, a lookout point. From here you can see the nearby Gili Islands and Bali's Mount Agung. Continue to Sendang Gile Waterfall, on the foot and slope of Mount Rinjani. The cool, fresh air and calm hill will provide a comfortable resting point, and you may choose to "freeze" yourself in the inviting cold falling water. Then visit Senaru, a traditional village where mountain tribal life and the civilization of past centuries still exist. Finally, visit Bayan Old Mosque, one of the inestimable historical Islamic heritage sites in Lombok which is believed to have been built upon the Islamic people's arrival in the 16th century.

From Bali: Lembongan & Penida 2-Day Tour with Snorkeling

2. From Bali: Lembongan & Penida 2-Day Tour with Snorkeling

Escape Bali with a 2-day and 1-night trip to the islands of Lembongan and Penida. Go snorkeling with 3 stops, explore Lembongan on a guided tour, and have your breath taken away at the cliffs of Penida. Day 1 Your tour begins with a dedicated pickup from selected areas in Bali or at the ferry ticket office depending on the option selected. You will then take a 45-minute boat ride to Nusa Lembongan island, your tour base for your 2-day journey. Enjoy a welcome drink and begin your fitting for a snorkeling tour that includes views of dramatic landscapes and steep cliffs. Once ready, make your way along the coast to 3 snorkel sites, including popular spots such as Crystal Bay, Toyapakeh, and Gamat Bay (weather pending). Get excited as you arrive in a protected area in Manta Bay. Discover an ocean rich with plankton that attracts reef manta rays. Be impressed by the rays' 4 or 5 meters wide wing span. Following your snorkeling adventure, break for a beachside lunch at Paradise Beach. Lunch is served as an Indonesian food buffet. Then, get the chance to see Lembongan above water. Visit Panorama Point, Devil’s Tears, and Dream Beach on a guided tour. In the late afternoon check in to your hotel and spend the evening on your own. Day 2 After breakfast at the hotel, get picked up at 8:00 AM for an inter-island transfer to Nusa Penida to visit photo-worthy locations. First, head to the famous Kelingking Beach, then to a cliff viewpoint that overlooks the Indian Ocean before going to Broken Beach (Pasih Uug). Marvel at Angel's Billabong's natural pool before a buffet lunch. Then go back to Lembongan for a mangrove tour on a kayak or small boat before taking the ferry back to Bali arriving at 5:00 PM.

we had a very good day, our guide Uji was super friendly, knew very much about lombok & the culture and was happy to answer all our questions. He also asked if there was anything specific we wanted to see and was happy to customise the tour. Also great music on the drive!

The „main“ guide was great, however our local guide at the waterfalls was not really interessted..
