Fantastic adventure! Everything professionally organized, we didn't have to worry about anything. We got a fantastic Driver Komang Mexico, who made our journey more pleasant, we learned many interesting things about the island. And the volcano was led to Piki, another fantastic person, he answered every question that bothered us and showed the places for the best photos. The volcano and the views made a great impression on us. The return was also without any problems. I recommend to everyone!

Definitely worth checking this out if you have a day spare in Bali! We were picked up at 5:45pm and got back the following day at 5pm so prepare for a long day! Arya picked us up and gave us a great tour along the way and found a cozy warung to eat some dinner at before the ferry. Piki met us on East Java and was a lovely guide who took amazing pics for us during the hike and even made a special video of us. The breakfast at the coffee plantation was great and the coffee amazing (as someone from Melbourne it was great coffee). We were pretty wrecked on the way home and Arya once again took us back to the hotel, was great company and very entertaining! The views and scenery from Ijen were top notch and won’t be forgotten

This tour is one of the best tours I have ever done. Of course one should not underestimate the way from Bali to Java. We were on the road for a total of about 20 hours. But our driver Faisal made us bearable with a very nice conversation. Arriving on Java, our guide Anton came to us. He was responsible for the trekking tour to Ijen for us. He mined sulfur in the crater himself for over 10 years and also showed us a lot behind the scenes. We are very thankful for having Anton as our guide. Please don't underestimate the way up to the Ijen and the descent into the crater. I'm not in the best condition myself, but with a little willpower I managed to do it. Please be aware that it's not a short walk and pull yourself together and walk up the path yourself and don't take advantage of the poor people who push you up there with some kind of cart - that's not ok! If you really want to go up, you can do it!
