Great rafting trip! Our guide Smiley did a great job taking us down the 7-8km of the Ayung River. It was about 95% floating with a bit of easy paddling here and there. The way was beautiful with lots of waterfalls dropping into the river. The company is obviously a large operator and has a very smooth set-up and nice facility with showers on site for after the river. The included buffet lunch was simple but nice. We had some complications with pick-up but their customer service team did a great job handling the issue/delay and offered us a complimentary ATV session. That was also fun and something to check out if you go with this company.

Rafting was very calm, maybe Class I and II rapids. Perfect for first timers, families and anyone with PTSD from a previous rafting experience. Scenery is beautiful. Guide expertly steered raft over rocks and everything. We were only 2 of us un the raft which was nice and quiet. If you want more people I reccommend to go later in the day and not first thing in the morning!

Easy booking experience and they picked me up promptly. The rapids are probably variable given the amount of rainfall but I would not classify them as difficult or challenging in any way (I saw several other rafts with small children). A good beginner low stress, relaxing rafting experience!

Really fun, everyone involved makes sure youre secure. The view is BEAUTIFUL. My tour guide was awesome, very sweet and accomodating.

The was a great time, I got the impression that you can basically go at your own pace. Our guide was lovely and we had loads of fun!
