The evening before your tour go to a local brewpub to talk logistics and get to know each other over drinks and great music. Look forward to a great trip in the wild with planning, gear, gourmet dinners, cocktails, local lore, environmental education, and safety all taken care of.

Day 1:

Get picked up from your accommodations in Baker City in the morning and travel towards the Elkhorn range of the Blue Mountains and the Eagle Cap Wilderness of the Wallowa Mountains.

After a 45-minute drive arrive at the start of the trailhead and get ready with your backpacks and your friends. Hike for 5 miles through picturesque scenery to reach a secluded spot to set up camp.

Look for mountain goats playing among the wildflowers and warm up with the campfire blazing as the sun sets and everyone gets ready for dinner. Spend another evening bonding or look at the stars above.

Day 2:

Wake up early with the rising sun to pack up camp and prepare for your next hike. Tuck into some breakfast and when you're ready make your way to the next trailhead with your group.

Trek for 12 miles, with breaks to catch your breath at idyllic mountainous forests and meadows, to arrive at a large alpine lake. Cool off from your long day by going for a swim in the refreshing water and relaxing in the sun.

Help out with everyone to set up the camp again that evening and lie back by the fire. Take the chance to cook your dinner and rest your legs or explore the scenic area around you.

Day 3:

Enjoy a rest day with your friends and family in the wilderness or choose to go on an optional additional hike if you're feeling up to it. The hike will take you to a nearby lake that's teaming with trout and surrounded by blooming wildflowers.

Listen to stories around the campfire and learn about the local area with lore and insights into ecological preservation. Immerse yourself in the forest and reconnect with this stunning natural world.

Day 4:

Roll out of your sleeping roll and tent into the fresh morning air and set up for your last hike of your adventure. Say goodbye to the Eagle Cap Wilderness as you follow the trail out of the mountains and back to civilization.
