The organization of the company is very good. The guide / driver staff is impeccable. These electric carts are not comfortable to go through the "cobblestone" streets and when they have the protective hill on, even if it is rolled up, they prevent proper visibility. We were lucky that our guide Mario Diniz has been so efficient and friendly, that he compensated us for the incorrect visibility when we moved.
