Its ex libris is an 18th-century mermaid statue, which turns into a pool every August known as the beach of Torel. Here, you find the oldest funicular of Lisbon, the Elevador do Lavra.

The guide, Anders, was really knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was fabulous and visited all the great viewpoints round Lisbon. We booked the whole Tuk Tuk for the two of us and it was great being able to do our own thing.
