What people are saying about Bagmati Zone

A really great experience in Kathmandu valley waking up with the views of the Himalayas in the morning with sunrise. Govinda was a great guide and the food on the trip was really good! Witnessing the famer and local culture was incredible, and we encountered many friendly people. Can recommend! Pls note - that the description of what was included changes from booking to the date of the trek, which coursed confusion on our part. Luckily there was no issue and we got what we originally had been promised would be included, however it is worth taking a screenshot if you book.

Perfect morning activity! Although I was unlucky to have visited when it was really cloudy/hazy, I still loved this hike! I saw a beautiful morning sunrise, and I had an amazing time walking in the country side of Nepal. My favorite part was when we stopped for tea a local's house, and drank it on a tall viewing platform! Such an amazing view, even with the haze! Moreover, my guide Prado was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. If I ever get the chance to come back during a clearer day, I'll be sure to book this hike again!

I had an amazing time solo trekking for 3 days with Alpine Club of Himalaya and my guide - Pemba. The trek itself was beautiful, with stunning views, walk through villages, and wonderful night stays. I had an amazing time. My guide Pemba was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. He was a fantastic guide. Being a solo female traveller, I also felt very comfortable and free to enjoy this journey at my pace. I strongly recommend him and the team to anyone who decides to go on an adventure in Nepal.

Waited in line for 2 hours

The Sunrise view in Nagarkot was all worth it. The view was just spectacular! The hike to Dulikhel was enjoyable. I got to see Nepali farm life and the vegetable plantations over the hillside are delightful. My tour guide Madan was on time, patiend and didn’t mind taking photos for me since I booked solo.

Very nice activity that combines the beauty of the sunrise at 2500 meters and a hike in the Nepalese countryside.
