Get picked up from your accommodation in Kathmandu and begin your day of self-care. Start with yoga, one of the six orthodox schools of Hindu philosophical traditions. Learn about body posture and follow your instructor step by step. Heal your body and mind with yoga's physical, mental, and spiritual exercises. After your yoga lesson, have a 1-hour Swedish massage and relieve your body of any stress and pain. Swedish massage also helps oxygen level in blood, circulation, flexibility, and reduces muscle toxins. After relaxing your entire body, head to your pedicure. Enjoy a 45-minute deep cleanse and cosmetic treatment on your feet and toenails. 2. Kathmandu: Nepali Cooking Class with Hotel Pickup

Join an experienced chef who will lead a cooking class to prepare a traditional Nepali meal while also learning about the food culture of the region. This activity also includes a visit to a local market to pick up the ingredients needed to cook your meal.  After your prick up from your hotel, visit a typical local market of Kathmandu-Ason on a rickshaw to have an authentic experience. Meet local merchants and see the hustle and bustle of the busy shopping hub in Kathmandu. After the market visit, it is time to start the cooking class. Learn about various local delicacies of Nepal and how they are cooked and what type of ingredients are used. You will make beloved and traditional foods like momo, varieties of yummy curries, a unique bread that includes roti and the absolute favorite Sel roti which is slightly similar to American donuts. Have fun as you listen to Nepalese folk music during your class and at mealtime and also learn some Nepalese phrases as well.

3. Kathmandu: 9-Day Ghorepani Poon Hill Yoga Trek

Day 1: Following your arrival to Kathmandu, you will be picked up from airport after which you will check-in to your hotel. You will then be free to explore Kathmandu, before going to sleep after an hour of meditation. Day 2:  Take part in an hour of yoga before breakfast, before driving from Kathmandu to Pokhara. You can view green hills, beautiful valleys, and mountains, as you descend from 1,320 to 914 meters. Before going to sleep that evening, you will take part in another 1-hour meditation. Day 3: Enjoy an hour of yoga before breakfast, following which you will travel from Pokhara to Tikhedhunga. This will see travel through Nayapul and Birethanti, throughout a journey which takes roughly 4.5 hours. Before going to sleep that evening you will meditate for an hour. Day 4: Begin with yoga and breakfast before trekking from Tirkhedhunga to Ghorepani. That evening you will meditate for an hour before spending the night at the Ghorepani tea house lodge. Day 5: Following yoga and breakfast, you will trek from Ghorepani to Poon Hill and then onward to Tadapani. That evening you will meditate for an hour before spending the night at the Tadapani Tea House Lodge. Day 6: Following yoga and breakfast you will trek from Tadapani to Ghandruk. Comparatively today is the easiest trek, and sees you traveling through the forests of rhododendron and oak. You can hear the soothing sounds of birds chirping along the way, and that evening you will overnight at Ghandruk. In the evening, a typical Gurung Cultural program will be organized on demand. Before sleeping, you will meditate for one hour. Day 7: Following yoga and breakfast you will trek from Ghandruk to Nayapul. From there the rest of the trail descends gently down to Dhampus, passing through Pothana Village. Following that you will drive back to Pokhara, where that evening you will meditate once more before resting for the day. Day 8: Following yoga and breakfast you will travel from Pokhara to Kathmandu on a tourist bus. Following your 7-hour drive, you will check-in to your accommodation before taking part in your hour of meditation before resting. Day 9: After yoga and breakfast on the final day, you can do some last-minute shopping before your guide drops you off at the airport in a private vehicle.
