Wow what a great experience. We had been to the island multiple times before and never thought too much of the area....now we are looking forward to coming back and having Fernando take us to the other half of the island. We went to spectacular places where nobody else was, the views were amazing and the experience of being there with a knowledgeable guide who spoke perfect English made it a day that is tough to top. We didn't see a tour bus or large group the entire day. Lunch was at a local dining spot that has a small buffet to cover anyone's dietary needs. When we first arrived they brought us fresh bread and cheese. You hear farm to table all over the place but this food was from items grown or made in the area and it was special and delicious. We arrived to find that our small group tour only had only my husband and I. The company didn't even think to merge us with other tours they were running. We know that if we book with them we WILL get the tour and not be canceled on.
