About the activity provider
"Azienda Agricola La Lastra" is an Organic Winery and consists of 2 different working farms: 23 hectares not far from the historical centre of Siena and 7 hectares of vineyards in the area of San Gimignano. Guided by the great passion that inspires those who devote their lives to agriculture as a free personal choice, since 2000 we cultivate our vineyards and olive trees following organic methods. The vinification of all our red grapes takes place in our beautiful ancient wine cellar in Marciano - Siena, while in San Gimignano we turn into wine our Vernaccia di San Gimignano grapes according to the Italian wine law.
