Very good tour. With enough time for lunch and touring. Friendly, entertaining and knowledgeable guide. Very careful driver in handling. Both beautiful places. Very satisfied. The only drawback, which almost put me off the bus, was the meeting point. I was guided by the address (ferraz 3, which does not correspond) and not by the location, since I did not have internet. I was very lucky to see the bus in the distance.

The tour was very good, the guide I think her name was Ana, was very nice and knowledgeable she answered every question. The only thing was that another participant did not wanted to follow the group and was very disruptive but the guide kept her cool and handle the situation. The driver Paco was very nice too.

Everything was very well organized, always thinking about the well-being of the travelers and avoiding possible problems, respecting the freedom and preferences of each one. The treatment of the people in the office was great, the people who delivered you in the coach, also very cordial and attentive, and the guide, Diana in our case, was great. Kind, nice, polite and attentive. Without overwhelming with explanations, all in due time and with the appropriate duration, but rigorous. With professionalism, and attending to moments of rest, freedom, attention. Effective and efficient. The driver is also very dedicated to our well-being.
