Bus had no AC (defect)and it was a bit uncomfortable for the afternoon drive from Segovia to Avila. Some passengers were 3/4 h late after lunch break and this impacted our time in Avila which was very short. Very disrespectful of the few individuals that held up the entire bus. If I would do this again and had the time, I would do a full day for both cities. There is much to do and see in each.

Mainly catered for Spanish speakers but guide did her best to help us in English. Excellent places to visit. Lovely little special extras included like trying the local sweets. Was good to have time to wander and get your own lunch. Coach trip was comfortable.

Very well organized tour. The tour guide was incredible, very knowledgeable, very clear. The only cons were that the group was too large 60 people, and that we were too rushed in Segovia which resulted in not enough time for lunch (if you didn't pay for the lunch option). I personally didn't pay for the lunch option, as I like to explore good and better restaurants than just the touristy option.
