Segovia was a very interesting place to visit. When it came to Avila I found it quite boring. Maybe the option to walk on the top of the wall should have been added to the tour. Avila part of the tour needs a bit more excitement added to it please

It is a good tour and an easy way to go to Segovia and Ávila from Madrid, but I was expecting to have more time to explore both places by myself. The guide was really nice and highly knowledgeable of the history and more important topics to share with the tourists.

Altogether nice 1 day tour. Mostly due to the attractiveness of the destinations and pictoresque nature like from the old Spanish paintings. Crossing the mountains on the way from Madrid to Segovia makes you feel calm& cool after dynamic city vibes.... Both cities Segovia and Avila are breathtakingly beautifull and so special with soothing ocre and terracota tones. They are so deeply rooted in history which you can almost feel and touch. However to make the most of the excursion, I would recommend at least 1 hour more to be spent in each city. Instead of returning to Madrid around 6pm, that would mean 8pm... And the guide, mix of spanish and english didn’t work the best. The lady is really doing her best, but english parts are sometimes totally not understandible, hystoric contex is not clear, not all of us are experts in spanish history. It seemed like she was rushing us all the time...therefore a little bit of rebalancing the timing and content could make a true positive shift
