What people are saying about Avanos

Of course these tours are so suppose to be great! It was. The ride was fun and the full day tour and lunch were informative and well organized. Our guides spoke English well, too. We had a medical emergency during our balloon ride and while it wasn’t life threatening, it was serious. The balloon captain was exceptionally talented and responsive. He brought the balloon down from a high altitude quickly and safely. I disembarked with my partner and the ground crew rushed to our location, which was a couple of miles from our starting point. They took us Back to our hotel. The balloon tour continued and am sure our disruption was not what any wanted but I was impressed with how they handled it and how we were treated.

The hot air balloon ride was phenomenal! The driver picked us up on time and the ride went smoothly. The tour was phenomenal. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and patient and walked us through all the points. During the tour we experienced the carpet making process and the pottery making process.
