This tour was very important to us and so we decided to book a "private tour". As it turned out, it was an absolute hit. Alicja made this day a special one. Everything was perfectly organized! From the pick-up, the trip to Auschwitz, the organization of our guide and the subsequent return trip (including a coffee break with typical local pastries). In addition, Alicja still has a lot of "knowledge" and thus we were able to start very well prepared. Highly Recommended!
We were picked up at the hotel on time. Along the way, the guide told a lot about Krakow and Auschwitz. The packed lunch (we could choose between ham or cheese beforehand) consisted of: two kaiser balls with cheese, lettuce, cucumber and tomato, a bottle of water, an apple, a banana and a chocolate bar. It tasted delicious! The visit to Auschwitz 1 and 2 was very impressive ... afterwards we were dropped off at the hotel. Very satisfied with the organization!!
I have to say it was an immensely powerful experience and everyone should try to see it. I will definitely never forget that and that is a good thing. The entire process was handled with so much respect and consideration and although there was a lot going on, a lot of time was taken for each individual group and everything was organized in an excellent way. I can only recommend this experience to everyone.
Wonderful tour with a very knowledgeable guide (Dave Kennedy). Although a very somber experience, it felt important, and the guide created the perfect atmosphere. I highly recommend this tour. The pick up and drop off from the hotel made it very easy to navigate. The communication between the shuttle company and myself was very good, and they gave us plenty of time to prepare.
On the first day of my visit to Auschwitz, the guide was very good. I also have no objections to the organization. The next day I used the card entitling me to visit the Schindler's Factory and an interesting museum on the main square. I recommend.
