Everything run on time and veey efficiently. We had an excellent tour guide at the Camp - Barbara if I recall correctly - with impeccable english and beautiful voice. Packed lunch was a nice nibble to keep us goinf 2 bread rolls apple bottle of water and a chocolate covered waffle. I forgot my ID but there was no problem with just showing them my credit card at the entrance so don't panic:)

After booking everything was outlined excellently in the text I was sent. I was given a meeting point where to get on the bus. The guide on the bus was great and knew a lot about the scenery in the way to Auchwitz. The tour itself was excellent. Had a great tour guide. 3 lunch breaks were given and getting back to the bus after the tours was easy.
