Really enjoyed ourselves. The only issue we had involved the keeper talks. We could not find the locations for them and could not easily locate a zoo employee to help. One of the maintenance staff tried to assist and another person talked to us about the alpacas- stating they had a staff meeting and there would be no talk that day. We appreciated her taking time with us to talk about the alpacas. Maybe there could be a way to let people know of the talk locations or any changes in the schedule.

Nice to skip the ticket purchase line though had to wait in line to enter the attraction. Another great thing was that we didn’t have to enter a time of arrival. Website wasn’t clear on those instructions but overall experience was great. No hiccups. Would recommend offering the website link for parking and aquarium show bookings once the city pass is purchased.

Such a great day! Went with my elderly parents, Mom in a wheelchair. The place has five attractions and it was very easy to navigate. We went on a Monday at 10. Do not miss the dolphin or sea otter show!!! Winston was very helpful with answering our questions. So glad we went!

I have taken my daughter here for her birthday 2 years in a row, she is only 4 and really enjoy looking at all the different fish, always have trouble getting her to leave.

Tiene el mismo precio de entrada pero al menos es una opción para compra rápida
