Forst time booking something like this. Essentially you pay for a taxi in advance, the difference is the comfort & convenience. Our luggage took a bit longer to come out of the plane but still our driver, Yanis, was waiting for us with a clear sign on hand. Very kindly he offered to carry our bags, and offered water among other amenities. On the way he provided an ETA, put atmospheric music and let us enjoy the view until we'll within the city where he started recommending spots to visit. Overall great experience, will use again whenever I'm back in Athens.

Honestly, I was little worried because I scheduled one transfer through our hotel and they were late picking us up. However, this transfer I called at midnight and asked them To come 15 mins earlier to drop us off. They were able to change it and we’re there exactly at 3:30AM as I needed. Very nice and helpful. Next time will use them again through this app. Made my trip less stressful!

Pretty seamless transaction.

There were plenty of good taxis outside the airport. Not sure if they were all reliable as 1st time in Athens. Was travelling with 2 young kids and suitcases so didn't want the hassles of opportunistic taxis so paid for this service. Our taxi driver was friendly and excellent. He ran the metre as well and was about EUR10 more expensive than what I paid but I guess that's the price for convenience and profit for service provider.
