What people are saying about Athens

We had a great time on this walking tour of the Acropolis + Acropolis Museum. Our guide, Dorina, was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and enthusiastic with our small group of about 12. It was a hot day (as it will be on most summer days in Athens) but she carefully maximized time in the shady parts of the territory to keep us as cool as possible. The use of a microphone/headset/earbud system was sooooo helpful and made the experience so much nicer than other tours I’ve been on. I didn’t feel the need to jockey for position near the guide so that I could hear the details since they were comfortably arriving in my ear as long as we were anywhere nearby. Lovely. The museum part of the tour was a nice addition and Dorina’s knowledge of the offerings and highlights allowed us to maximize our time before the onslaught of the cruise ship groups arrived. All in all, I highly recommend the use of this company as a great way to take in the deep culture of the Acropolis.

Very enjoyable experience. We visited the archaeological museum and the Delphi site (total time there of 2 hours and 20, maybe a little short for me, but reasonable for the times). The very kind, helpful and prepared guide (he introduced us during the trip the site and illustrated the surroundings) then made us visit the ancient temple of Athena and took us for lunch in a typical good restaurant (abundant dishes and low prices ). Finally he accompanied us to Arachova and showed us the city from the bell tower, as well as the museum on local traditions.

Tour was fantastic and I wish I read up on my green mythology before going. It was packed on the tick, but madga found us shade when telling us about the site. Easy to walk up and back. Museum was spectacular

Wonderful museum, with views of the Acropolis. Air conditioned, with a nice cafe with stunning views. A must see when in Athens.

The tour guide that we had was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable , and a joy to be around !
