Costas was super knowledgeable and regaled us with various Greek myths as we walked around Athens. Being mid August he was very good at finding shady spots for us to stand or sit out of the sun at different points of the tour, which can be personalised to your particular interests.

I would encourage anyone in a foreign place to do this! I learned so much and feel prepared to explore Athens on my own with suggestions from my guide, Elisivet. She was absolutely lovely. She answered questions, gave me a crash course in Greek mythology, and Greek history. She was passionate and friendly! Definitely a wonderful experience.

This was a good tour. It is a lot of walking. You got to see the back street that you would not know about if you went out on your own. It was fun learning about the different Gods and legends. We went through lots of sections of the city without realizing how far we had walked. the guide was very helpful on places to eat, the hot spots that we need to see before we leave Greece, beautiful neighborhoods, and what subway tickets are more beneficial.
