I greatly recommend this package. It took me a while to find one that was skip the line, ticket included, and an audio tour since I like to go at my own pace. As other reviews mention, you do have to download an extra app to get the audio tour and do it ahead of time since there’s barely any signal once you start the walk up the mountain. The acropolis itself you do need to have the ticket they send before hand that shows a QR code to get in. As for the muesum, you can easily go right to the check in to start the tour by the coat check. That you simply scan the voucher and it’s good to go. It’s pretty simple though since getting the app is not that complicated and they send the vouchers / tickets a day ahead of time. Totally worth it!! I do suggest going in through the south for the acropolis as it was empty and the audio tour starts there.

The visits to Acropolis and the Acropolis museum are easy and smooth once the lady at the info desk in the museum helped us dig out the vouchers and tickets from the email the tour operator emailed us. I wish the instructions for obtaining the actual tickets and vouchers could be more clear and less confusing. The English on the audio guide could use some improvement.

This ticket is easy to book but future travelers should know there is no 'skip the line' option at the Acropolis entry no matter what ticket you have. It's more of a 'skip the ticket purchase line' because you already have your ticket. There are actually 2 entrances to the acropolis and I would recommend using the entrance in front of the Acropolis Museum. It is much less busy and the line to get inside is much shorter. For the Acropolis entry, you need the QR code which is sent by email separately and is NOT visible in the app. The barcode visible in the app only works at the Acropolis Museum. You can 'skip the line' at the museum with this ticket. Overall excellent experience visiting both sites but be prepared to wait in long lines to enter the Acropolis.
