Day 2: Full Day at Serengeti After breakfast, you will go on wide-ranging morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti National Park. Your guide will locate the flocks of migrant birds and the herds. Spot carnivores like big cats and hyenas. See the annual migration of wildebeest and zebra in action. Learn about the park as you drive and see why the Maasai gave the park the name Serengeti, which means “endless plains”. Break for lunch and dinner at the campsite and spend one more night at Serengeti Seronera Campsite. Day 3: Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater Wake up at 6:00 AM for early-morning game drives in Serengeti. Return at 9:00 AM to the campsite for breakfast.  Then, check out and set off for Ngorongoro Crater. Eat lunch and view game en route to the largest unbroken caldera in the world, which serves as a protected habitat for thousands of mammals and birds. Spend a full day on the crater floor spotting lions, hyenas, wildebeest, zebras, black rhinoceros, and many species of small antelopes. Use this unique setting at one of the few places in Africa to stand a good chance of seeing the Big Five in the course of a game drive. Your guide will explain the formation of the crater and the immense eruption that caused it. You will also see Maasai cattle and buffalo grazing together with lions mere meters away. Have dinner and spend the night at Ngorongoro Simba “A” Campsite.  Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater Floor – Arusha Have breakfast and then drive off at 7:30 AM to Ngorongoro Crater, where you will descend to the crater floor for game drives.
