One of the most memorable experiences in Queenstown. George and Jayjay are wonderful guides, and very knowledgeable and after we messed up our booking, George quickly made an extra effort to correct things and sent us on our way fully prepped and with all the info we needed. I was riding with an elderly family member and she came to life on that e-bike. What a wonderful way to bring back one's youth and appreciate the expansive nature of NZ. Thanks so much for everything, we will be telling all of our friends to book with you and to take your time seeing all these picturesque spots along the way.

Jay is out of this world brilliant. Totally recommend booking the eBikes for this trip. There are some hills and hair pin turns where the electronic functions help out a lot. The wineries are brilliant - especially Mt Rosa - do yourself a favour and have their mulled wine. Divine!

Cruised down the river track, laughing as the e bikes helped with the hills, maxed them out on the flat, wobbly bridge was a bit scary, checked in at the G valley winery then enjoyed the terrain back to Queenstown, finished with a well deserved cocktail, brilliant day.
