The wine tasting was delightful. The first vineyard was set in some very picturesque countryside and maybe the more important element was that the wine was delicious. My partner and I bought some to take home to remember the trip. The reds we tried may have converted my partner to red wine. The whites were excellent and all of the wines were very reasonably priced. The stop off for lunch was in a postcard beachside town and the views going over the mountains were frankly amazing. Snapping a few pictures of my phone didn’t really do them justice. Whilst the wine at the second location wasn’t to our taste that’s not to say it was bad wine. The tour was really interesting and the gardens of the house a delight to walk through. Our tour guide was a lovely man, chatty, informative and really made the day more special. Would recommend this tour to all who say they’re going to Lisbon.

As people who typically plan our own tours, it was so carefree to have someone organize such specific things and knew the area intimately.
