My evening with Antonietta and Gianni was fabulous. They made me feel like part of the family. They showed me the best types of products to buy at the market and we picked up some interesting local wines. We made a nice selection of vegetable dishes and pasta from scratch. Antonietta is a MASTER baker and you can feel her passion as she pats, rolls and kneads the dough. I cannot say that I will go home and make fresh pasta for my family/friends..but for sure fresh sauce and wonderful easy vegetable dishes. We all had alot of fun and will be sure to be back in their kitchen on my next visit. I highly recommend this experience because you truly are a part of the local community and the family. Thanks to you both for a wonderful evening and sharing your home with me!!

Our group consisted of 6 participants (4 people on bikes and two on Segways) and our guide Anna. She took us to the sights of the old town and was able to tell a lot of interesting facts. We made several stops where we z. B. could visit the Basilicata San Nicola. We tasted a cold specialty in an ice cream parlor and there was a surprising performance that we got to be a part of. The tour ended in the noodle street. There we were shown how to make orecchette, the type of pasta typical of this region. Then we could try to make these noodles ourselves, which we were then served. All in all it was a great experience and we had a lot of fun! I highly recommend this tour! Many thanks again to Anna.

Mattia our guide speaks good French. He has very good knowledge about the city of Lecce and its history. We really appreciated the way he shared his knowledge. He does not quote a text learned by heart.

Tried 5 different amazing wines and learned a lot about the process of wine making and the history behind Pastini’s family tradition. Will hopefully be back someday

Tour with the Fahrradrischka has proven itself in the narrow streets! Was entertaining and very interesting.
