what a super fun experience to discover Bari in this way. An absolute must when you visit Bari. Our guide Manuella was a gem. So much knowledge and told this with passion as if she had been doing this for years, when this was only just 2 months. The tour is full of surprises and humour. We had booked the bike tour with pasta experience. Challenge yourself to make the typical type of pasta from Bari; Orechiette, small ears. Keep in mind that the tour takes longer than indicated, but was not a problem for us. We absolutely loved it.

We took this tour to learn more about our family heritage as they were from the Province of Bari. Our guide, Emanuela, was born and raised in Bari. She did an excellent job and answered a lot of questions. At the end we learned how to make the regional pasta that our aunts (from Corato) have made with us. Learned that using a wooden board is really essential to making orecchiette.

It was a relaxed and enjoyable group experience biking the Bari neighborhood where we were treated to Gelato, folk music making, pasta making and pasta tasting.

A tour you cannot miss when in Bari! Our guide was Carmela, super nice and helpful, she shared a lot of detalis about the city! Loved the whole tour!

The service was of high quality, mainly our guide Manuela. Perfect English, good presentation.
