Full description
Explore the ancient land of Lycia during this day trip. Start the tour with a visit to Xanthos, the site of present-day Kınık and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1988. Your professional guide will share stories about the city's history and show you well-preserved ruins, tombs and beautiful scenery.
After exploring Xanthos, visit the Saklıkent Canyon. At 300 meters (980 ft) deep and 18 kilometers (11 miles) long, this is the second longest gorge in Europe. Enjoy an al fresco lunch served by the river, before trekking through the cool water or rafting down the gorge.
End the day at Patara Beach, the longest sandy beach in Turkey. Spend time swimming, relaxing or exploring the ancient settlement of Patara.
