Everything would be great, except two things: a delay of the start of the guided tour, it took about half an hour while all headphones were shared between group members and begun working; a delay in departing from Bruges, we were waiting almost an hour for a guy, who missed the meeting time and didn’t pick up the phone. The bus circulated three times around the city centre, each time returning back to the meeting point, all this time were no any anouncement about what was going on. If there are rules and agreed time of meetinga, everybody must keep the rules and the guide have to be more strict. Nethertheles, the guided tour was very interesting and Bruges itself as always fantastic.

Such a great experience! So easy, getting driven to and from Bruges was comfortable and felt quick. The tour was great and we learnt a lot about the history of Bruges. It was great to get free time too to be able to explore on our own. Definitely recommend this tour for people unable to rent cars in europe but who want to explore different countries and cities close by.

The local guide Edwardo received and took an attendance before we started. The bus started on time and halted once for the rest stop. Raved Brugge a bit late owing to traffic but was ok. Vita, our English guide was excellent. She explained the history of the city and gave a good glimpse of the local culture in a very good way. Overall it was a great experience from a well planned staff. I rate Vita and Edwardo excellent and professional.. they were friendly and very cooperative.
