Great pass with great value for money. HOWEVER, some warnings that are not clear when you purchase. You NEED to download the app, to retrieve a QR code that is then used to collect the ticket from the booth! This was not clear, the people at the train station were not helpful and the telephone number provided was out of action. Also another warning, it is 3 days including the day that you activate the card. NOT 72 hours. We arrived on Friday and when we tried to use it to get to the airport Monday morning it had ran out meaning we had to pay an additional fee. this was not clear either.

Ticket which, after all, was very useful and with an excellent quality-price ratio (30€ for 3 days): thanks to it we were able to take the subway without problems and "in one fell swoop" (passing the ticket at the turnstiles in and out of stations), the tram, the night bus (staying at a hotel in the Noord district, essential to return to your room after 00:30, when the metro closes) as well as the Schipol-Amsterdam train and vice versa. At Schipol we immediately found, and almost by chance, one of the machines (gray and red) to be able to collect the physical ticket, by scanning (with no little effort) the QR Code of the vouchers from a smartphone. Advised!

I printed the QR code at home but found that the kiosks at Schiphol would not read the code. I had to go to the train travel counter at the airport to have the code scanned and get the 3 day pass I purchased from home. Thankfully there was not a line. Do not print the QR code from home. The kiosk will give you a message that the reader does not work. You'll save time going directly to the train ticket counter to get what you need. My daughter who arrived earlier in the day experienced the same problem.
