1. Amalfi: Cooking Class and Farmhouse Visit With Meal

Our experience begins with a warm welcome from our team who will guide you throughout this awesome class, describing what we will do in the following few hours. We will start with a tour of our typical terraced gardens, an ancient local cultivation method that represent a resource of sustainability and environmental conservation on the Amalfi Coast. Here we will stroll by and linger at the lemon grove, the olive grove and the vineyard, where you will be provided with significant information on the importance of these groves in the Mediterranean diet and how our worldwide famous Limoncello, olive oil and wine are produced. We will continue our visit to the vegetable garden, and after wearing gloves and collecting wicker baskets, we will proceed with the picking of the freshest seasonal veggies and fragrant herbs that we will later use for the preparation of the delicacies during the class. Once we have put on our kitchen aprons we will be ready to get down to business and learn the secrets of preparing exquisite traditional dishes, which we will then go on to enjoy all together during a wonderful meal accompanied by local wine, limoncello and real Neapolitan espresso. As a perfect finale to our gastronomic experience, feel free to relax in the relaxation area at the lemon grove, sipping a glass of wine or lulling yourself in our comfortable hammocks enjoying the splendid coastal view.

What people are saying about Amalfi

This was a very fun and exciting experience. The zipline is high and long so goes without saying that its not for those with a fear of heights. Worth planning your journey there beforehand whether you drive, taxi or walk. We decided to take the 1000+ steps to get there in the morning and arrived earlier than expected. We had to wait a little while to get ready but after that, everything worked very smoothly.

This was TRULY the most amazing experience! It is an "experience" not just a cooking class! EVERYONE needs to do this if you are near Amalfi! Yes, we got cooking tips and got to hands on help with the picking and preparations, but what was even better was getting a real feel for the organic and "old traditional" Italian cooking philosophy.

Perfect experience, from the arrival of the transport at the hotel, with punctuality and comfort. We had the driver, who spoke Portuguese, the guide Juliano, super attentive and polite and the local guide from Pompéia, Fabrício, who made all the difference in the tour, with his knowledge and friendliness, and also spoke Portuguese.

This cooking class was incredible. Our host and staff were the best! We cooked a very unique meal using his garden variety. The view of the Mediterranean Sea from our class was awesome! We highly recommend this class!

Really an extraordinary tour. Our guide was super knowledgeable and a lot of fun. The wines were excellent and very unique highly recommend this trip.
