After your exhilarating climb, wind your way back down to visit a wine farm, located at the foot of the mountain. Stroll through the vineyards and learn about the winemaking process. Then, sit down to a leisurely lunch of bruschetta with cherry tomatoes, local cheese and salami, spaghetti with fresh tomatoes, and typical Neapolitan pastiera pie, served with grappa liquor. Compliment your local meal with a tasting of 3 wines from the farm’s own cellars. Sip on a white, a red, and a rosé, and savor the unique flavors produced by the mineral rich volcanic soil.
