Follow your guide into the cellar, which was built in 1850, where you will discover the traditional Alsacian winemaking process, from grape picking to bottling. Then sample the results of this process with a tasting of 5 different wines. After your tour, sit down to lunch in the beautifully renovated shop. Sample Alsatian specialties from a menu designed especially for the festive season, including an Alsatian tart with meat or vegetables and the exceptional foie gras. Dessert will be served after the main meal and you will have the opportunity to purchase a bottle of wine as a souvenir of your time in Alsace.
