Basically: The workshop was good and fun. We (two) were the only participants. The museum that went with it was also interesting. Both tears but not from the stool. The disadvantage of the workshop was that no chocolate (mass) was prepared, but only covered with liquid chocolate, for example marshmallow. Small bars were also poured and creative mini bars were made by mixing different types of chocolate. Conclusion: Chocolate was not made and nothing was mentioned about it. Nevertheless, the course was interesting and above all funny. Can you do it. But not a second time. A comment is circulating online that one leaves the course with around 250 to 300 grams of chocolate. Maybe it used to be like that? We came out with less than 50gr. Not as a criticism, but as a clarification. Overall thumbs up! Ma+Ma

Very competent pastry chef! However, the price was too high in relation to the museum ticket.
Very playful workshop which complements the visit of the museum very well.
