Imbros Gorge is located in the south-eastern part of the White Mountains, it's length is 7 km and has slopes up to 300m high. It begins in the village of Imbros (800m) and ends in the village of Komitades (300m). It is part of the E4 European Long Distance Trail, it's relatively easy and pleasant path. At the beginning of the gorge you may see the old cobbled road that used to be the only way to connect the village of Sfakia with the northern side of the island. It's famous for its rare flora and beautiful scenery. Our bus will pick you up from a designated pick up point (outside or near your hotel) and after about 90 minutes drive we will arrive in the village of Imbros. Then follows the walk through the gorge, guided by our licensed trekking guide who will help you if you need it and give you information about the whole area. You will then visit Frangokastello, where we will have two hours free time to enjoy the sea! In the late afternoon we will return by bus to the same point you got picked up in the morning

Visit the most important Minoan palace on a full-day trip to Knossos Palace from Chania. Explore Heraklion city center with free time, and have the option to join your guide for a tour of the Heraklion Archeological Museum. Stop in the picturesque city of Rethymno on your way back to Chania. After pickup from your hotel or a nearby meeting point, head straight to Knossos Palace, the home of various Greek legends and myths such as the Labyrinth, Minotaur, Daedalus, and Icarus. Upon arrival, take a guided tour of the palace with your guide. Learn about the Minoan civilization, and see what is believed to be the throne of the legendary King Minos. At the end of your palace tour, continue toward the center of Heraklion and enjoy free time to explore once there. If you like, you can use part of your free time on a tour of the Heraklion Archeological Museum with your guide. Once your time in Heraklion is up, reconvene with your guide and start the drive back. Along the way, stop for a break in Rethymno and enjoy more free time to stroll through the city’s streets. The tour concludes with drop-off at your hotel.

The exotic beach of Falassarna is located 59km west of the city of Chania. At the northern end of the beach you can explore the ancient Greco-Roman city of Phalassarna. On your way to Falasarna beach you will stop a stop at the cave of Marathokefala. Inside the cave you will find a 15th century temple and 17th century cells! According to local tradition, it's the cave where Saint John founded the island's ascetic tradition. After a short stop, we continue to the beach of Falassarna, where the sand is whitish and the water has a tropical colour. The main beach of Falassarna is called Pachia Ammos. It is an exotic beach with a length of 1 km and a width of 150 m. This beach attracts the most visitors of the area, but because of its length it never seems too crowded. Umbrellas are provided and there are a few snack bars and cafes where you can get food and water. There are also water sports facilities and beach volley courts. The area around Falassarna is beautiful and is a protected nature reserve. The sunset at Falassarna is said to be the best in Crete. How could it not be the best when you are in such a stunning landscape and there is no obstacle between the beach and the horizon?

After working up an appetite we arrive at a small village tavern in Nea Roumata, where we will introduce you to the Cretan cuisine with plenty of local platters and let you feel the very essence of the renowned Cretan hospitality. On the way back we will follow an easy asphalt route through orange and lemon trees before reaching back to our hotels. A unique wine and olive escape, an exciting adventure to embrace the renowned Greek hospitality, enjoy the sights and professional and relaxed service!!!

From Marathi, you can visit the beaches of Seitan Limania, Kalami, Kalyves, Almyrida, Kera and almost all the bay of Souda. We will of course give you a detailed briefing on where to go, which places to visit, where the best beaches are etc (and also where to be careful of rocks!) upon arrival (we will show you on a local map, there is also the same map on the boat). We will then also give you a detailed briefing on the boat and show you how everything works.

At 9:30 AM sail east out of the bay past the Souda Fortress on a small uninhabited island. If the winds are favorable stop to take a dip or some photos at the pebbled beach of the scenic white chapel of Agiannis. Follow the coast on the wind and marvel at views of the Ottoman fort high up on the hills and the fort of the Idjedin prison just below it. Continue past the seaside villages of Kalyves and Almyrida, around the Isle of Karga before reaching the lighthouse on the peninsula of Drapano. Again, if the gods of the winds are with you the boat will anchor in a tiny, secret cove for another quick swim. The wind will dictate if the boat sails northeast to a very small cove with beautiful sandy waters or otherwise northwest around another small island to a beautiful lagoon. Either way, the White Mountains (Lefka Ori) will be in view, serving as the backdrop to the cruise. After dropping anchor, enjoy a swim or snorkel and play in crystal clear turquoise waters while a freshly cooked Cretan/Spartan lunch is prepared with Greek specialties such as local pasta, sautéed vegetables, fresh salad, mama’s olives, goat cheese and fresh bread with wine and beer to wash it down and a dessert of fresh yogurt and sweet fruit.  Following a relaxing meal sail back to the port as the sun starts to set, arriving back by around 5:30 PM. Even if you’ve never sailed before have a go at taking control of the boat with expert supervision for a roughly 30 nautical mile trip.
