Immerse yourself in Alghero's culture through its gastronomy with this wine and olive oil tasting at  Ledà d'Ittiri Wine Resort. Sample five different wines served with bread, local olive oil, and traditional appetizers. On arrival, you'll be directed to your table in the tasting room by your guide. Your table will already be set with 5 different glasses and a small tray containing your appetizers to pair with the wines during the guided tasting. Your guide will start by sharing information about the farm history, the local area, and the culture, followed by the guided tasting of each wine. You'll learn about the variety of grapes, perfume, taste, and suggested food pairings for each wine. The experience ends with a proof of a top quality extra-virgin olive oil prepared by traditional cold pressing techniques and served with traditional bread. At the end you'll have the opportunity to purchase some of the products you've tried to take home with you. After the tasting, take a nice walk through the vineyard on your own to take some pictures.
