What an absolutely amazing experience. Best part of our holiday and what fun. Fred our tour guide was so knowledgeable, friendly and went out of his way to make the trip enjoyable, what a true gent. Would highly recommend this experience. Even sampled the local food and beautiful Portuguese countryside. Highlight of our holiday.

A great morning seeing places and things not possible by hire car. Wonderful to escape tourist land and go off-road but really disturbing to see completely dry river beds on 1 February when water should have been near its highest. Climate change? Almond trees and rosemary in full bloom and trees covered in oranges made this a great time to visit. But we never did learn the name of the large blue bird Fred told us about. A small company, able to provide individual attention.

Brilliant half day Jeep Safari. Our guide Fred made this trip even more memorable. He was excellent. Full of local knowledge, funny, friendly and one of the kindest people I have ever met. We stopped at a coffee shop and the lady serving was in her 80's. We ordered 5 hotdogs and drinks and Fred helped her sort out the order and even went to help when she couldn't reach the icecream from the freezer. The local scenery is gorgeous and the visit to the farm to sample the honey and 'holy water' was brilliant. Fred was brilliant with my children who loved this trip.
