Cross large fruit plantations, valleys with little villages, and streams. Learn about cork oaks, swim in crystal clear water rivers or just relax near beautiful lagoons and springs. Taste the local "firewater" (49%) and other liquors along with some natural fruit jams and enjoy the great views from the highest peak of the region.
