Friendly, helpful staff, very good local cuisine. Boat was comfortable not luxurious. Bed linen needs replacing....two single sheets on a double bed!! Decent bathrooms. Air-conditioning worked but was not available immediately, so be sure to check as it gets hot! All in all an enjoyable experience.

This company has great communications. The tour guide was on time and I group was on our way. The mini bus to travel to the houseboat was comfortable. Our group of 10 had plenty of room. The houseboat was very interesting. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on board as they also use this for overnight tours for 4 people. Our group of 10 had seats to watch as we cruised down the canal & lake We were served a nice lunch that all enjoyed. Thanks for a wonderful day.

Must do activity

This is a must do activity when in Kerala without a doubt. The day started with ourselves (2) collected from our hotel promptly and transferred to the boat which was about 1.5 hours from Fort Kochi. We arrived and were greeted and undertook some paperwork, the only thing we were not told about is they need your passports and did not have them with us but it proved not to be a major issue. We then were transferred to our boat with 3 staff and a boat to ourselves. The staff during the overnight trip were fantastic and looked after us very well, also the food was good and we cannot praise the whole operation enough. DONT THINK ABOUT IT, DO IT.
